Thank you for shopping with PCatch! We want to make sure your experience — from checkout to your pet's first tail wag — is as smooth as possible.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@pcatch.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–16 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- Australia: 10–18 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or high-demand periods such as holidays.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Orders below this threshold may incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
PCatch! ships internationally from our fulfillment partners. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. PCatch! has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@pcatch.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
